SHARES Corporation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization in the state of Vermont. We provide outreach services to the unhoused population, as well as those with food insecurity in communities throughout the state of Vermont and specifically the Northeast Kingdom.

We currently offer:

  • Limited Warm Clothing

  • Food

  • Personal Hygiene Items

  • Tents, Tarps and Blankets
